Smooth jerky clip in adobe premiere
I have a clip I recorded some years ago with some low light setting in my camera which caused the clip to (dont know the correct english word 🙂 ) but to pulse, to be jerky in playback.
Is there some plugin in premiere that can help me to smooth the playback?

Per, unfortunately it looks like the low light setting you used was to drop the shutter speed lower than the frame rate. This means that most of the frames in your video are simply duplicates of each other. Because of this, there is not much you could do except to try to make it look more like slow motion? Perhaps Twixtor could help. Otherwise a morph effect could give you more motion, but would probably make the footage look “fake”.
