    Per, unfortunately it looks like the low light setting you used was to drop the shutter speed lower than the frame rate. This means that most of the frames in your video are simply duplicates of each other. Because of this, there is not much you could do except to try to make it look more like slow motion? Perhaps Twixtor could help. Otherwise a morph effect could give you more motion, but would probably make the footage look “fake”.
