    Hello,

A few days ago I started with After Effects and I got the following problem.

This smoke cloud is disapearing at the end of the effect space.

How can I let the smoke go furder without enlarge the entire effect(smoke)?

    These are my layers.

    Sorry for the bad english.

If that edge that’s visible in your image is because it’s the edge of your smoke element you’re going to have to find (or film) a different smoke element. There’s no way you’re going to be able to realistically recreate a smoke element to match that.
It is possible to create realistic smoke, but next to impossible to create realistic smoke that not only looks like, but matches AND continues the motion of existing smoke footage. No way.

As Michael says, you there’s no magic filter that will let you do this. But have you thought about adding multiple copies of the smoke layer, and using soft masks to try to blend them together?

The Screen blend mode could also help, at the expense of the smoke becoming a little lighter in the comp.

    Hope that helps,
    Ben
