  I have spent nearly a grand over the past couple of years with Smallrig. I purchased their NPF battery caddy for Black Magic Cinema 6K and it doesn’t work. They made me create and send a video to confirm it doesn’t work and then have just ignored my numerous emails for over two weeks. This is how they treat loyal customers. Fellow videographers, SmallRig don’t support their defective products and just ignore you when you complain. I will never purchase another Smallrig product!
