  Sluggish playback

  I’m cutting a 2 hour long training video. The narrator was shot on P2 and everything has been playing back great. Client decided they don’t like the narrator so we recorded a new one on the Sony F3. Since I already had b-roll and graphic in the timeline I just replaced the P2 clips with the Sony F3 clips. Since then the playback has be real sluggish the the narrators mouth is out of sink a lot. I thought maybe that is due to the sequence being set to P2. I created a new sequence and dragged a f3 clip into the timeline and let Premiere set the sequence to the clips settings. The playback is much better but still starts out sluggish even with the quality set to half. And suggestions on getting it to play back awesome would be appreciated.
