    sluggish HDV playback in Windows Media Player & QT

    Hello All,

    Has anyone had any sluggish playback of HDV footage rendered out as .avi on Windows Media Player and Quicktime? Do I need to set something before I render? Playback in fine as a .wmv

    You need to have a very powerful computer to playback
    HDV in the avi or quicktume formats fluently (real-time).
