  slowmotion in PP2

  I was shooting a film on super 8 film on 18fps, after digitalization to dv pal its running on 25fps, its a little bit fast, but its fit the old timer super8 feeling.But no always. After I finished the editing on PP2 in 25p project I find out I would like to use some takes on slower speed (on the normal 18 fps of the film). I was changing the speed rate, but I got a very blur, bad quality movement. Should I use twixtor or AE to get get a better quality slow motion, or somebody has any suggestion how should I get a better quality?
