  Slowdown puppet pin movement depending on other puppet pin move

  Hello.
  I’ve pinned this hand.
  
  But for subtle movement of its thumb I have to make relation between 1 and 2 pins
  in that way: anywhere pin #2 will move pin #1 will make half way of that way.

  I’m using duik bones to animate pins.
