slow zoom on character while the background should stay static
Guys, apologies if this is in the incorrect forum, but not sure where to post it, i have a jpeg with two people in it and i want to do a very slow zoom in on them while the background should stay static, i have seen this done regulary with photos but can anyone tell me how to do it?, and if i cant do it in Vegas 6.0 what software do i need to do it, as always guys much appricate the help. John in a very wet, Dublin, Ireland.
