  slow upload from Mac Pro

  Internet uploads from MacPro (late 2013 — OS 10.11) seem to be throttled to about 5 Mbps. But uploads from MacBook using the same switch and path and ISP are a blazing 40 Mbps. Downloads to MacPro are a zippy 80 Mbps. Any ideas on how to speed up my MacPro upload?
