  Slow tools in CS3 Photoshop with VISTA

  Can any help with this: We just got Vista installed over here at work and am currently using CS3 Photoshop. Everything seems ok, EXCEPT when using the Lasso Tool at a high zoom (600% example) I get a half second lag from point to point. Makes cutting out a simple picture a very long process, not to mention how frustrating this is. I have a lot of memory and the scratch disk has plenty of space.. any ideas?? Not just Lasso, any tool in super zoom
