Ok, you all are going to hate me for this…

After hours of reinstalling and re-kajiggering, I FOUND THE CULPRIT!

The shortcut for Davinci in my dock led to version 11.1.4, and whenever I did an update, it would update in a FOLDER called “DaVinci Resolve” instead of replacing the app directly in the Applications folder.

Long story short, Resolve 11.3 works GREAT with the GTX 980 and 11.1.4 does NOT.
