  Slow performance with Audio plugins

  Hi,
  I have a pretty strong computer. For example, I can edit multiple layers of 4k in both Premiere and After and even have Davinci open at the same time. I just installed iZotope rx4. The plugin does a very good job on cleaning my audio from noise however any trim or change I make with the clips, premiere stops to think for almost a minute. This is driving my nuts! What am I missing? Am I missing additional hardware?
