  Slow output renders in R13

  Hello all

  I am having a problem with out putting my sequence files in r13. In the viewer my scene renders very quickly, at about 5 seconds per frame. But as soon as I go to output my movie in the picture viewer it takes about 3 1/2 hours to render one frame ( file size is about 7.5 MB). Even when I lower my settings it still takes forever. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

  Windows 7
  I7-950 3.2 Ghz
  Gtx 470

  Any help would be much appreciated.
