Slow motion
Hi i have imported 60 fps clips from my canon 7d using canon’s e1 plugin the compressor I’m using is apple 444 my timeline setting is at 24p. Im trying to create a very smooth slow motion effect i have dropped my 60fps clips in to the timeline changed the speed to 40 percent and unchecked the frame blending but I’m still not satisfied with the outcome. they are not choppy but i can still see a motion blur? not too familiar with the terms but it doesn’t look pro please help thank you!

ProRes 4444 is so much overkill for your 7D footage it’s not even funny. There is zero point in compressing 4444 over ProRes 422. The only thing you are gaining is file size.
As for smooth slow motion…you need to use Cinema tools for that:
