slow motion
Ok, so I’ve been playing around on adobe premire 6.0 and adobe after effects for sometime now and still haven’t been able to find out how to put clips into slow motion. made im just missing the effect or something. if it in after efeects could someone tell me what effect to use cause im really stuck.

It’s been a while but I believe that if you right click on the video clip in the timeline and select speed you can set the speed you want. To slow down by half set it to 50. For reverse playback set it to -100.
