  i don’t have internet at home (so can’t use auto update)so i use a public internet cafe to download the monthly emitters but over the last few months the download has taken longer than normal. I can download a 1GB game demo for example i a reasonable amount of time but downloading the new emitters take at least 8 mins and that is a long time and the transfer rate is really really slow i was wondering if anyone else gets this

  i don’t download more than 1 file at once or have any streaming in the background
