slow down movie
thanks guys for helpful info,now can any one explain to me how to slow down an entire video all at once(little league football game)

Either grab ahold of the end of the clip and Ctrl-drag it to the right. Or drop a velocity envelope onto it and adjust accordingly. Or both. Maximum slo-down with this combined procedure is I believe 12x. If you need more, render it out and do it again.
