slow down frame
I record little league football and im trying to figure out how can I slow down the videos if possible?

Depending on which version of Vegas you have, there’s one or two ways of doing it.
#1 (Vegas Pro & Movie Studio). Right-click the video clip, select Properties and lower the Playback rate setting.
#2 (Vegas Pro only). Use a Velocity envelope. -
Another shortcut to slowing down your footage:
hold down ctrl key and drag out your video clip to the right in the timeline.If you want to speed it up – drag the clip back to the left.
