“Slot 10 – parity error” message
hi,
We have a Taskmaster 16000 RAID. We recently had an unattended power
outage and this unit went down when the UPS drained, and apparently
went down ungracefully. It lost its firmware, as sometimes happens
upon power cycling, and I installed the latest one. Anyway, we
performed the “Array Check” function from the menu, and got a
screenful of “Slot 9 – parity error” messages, one “Slot 10 – parity
error” message, and finally a message saying “Array Check OK”. The
parity errors have us a bit nervous – do you have any suggestions for
