    New user here…

I was experiencing slow playback FPS (~20fps) and I tried a bunch of stuff to find the bottleneck without luck. I’m running a pretty fast i7 2600K workstation with a 200MB/s raid, GTX460/570.

Then I disabled the Intensity Pro in Resolve / Preferences and FPS is at 100% without even a hiccup, even with all the scopes displayed.

I know this is beta software, but I’m hoping there’s another solution.

    Any suggestions?

RTFM. Decklink extreme 3D will work.

The intensity pro is not supported. Please, as suggested, read the manual for the tried and tested configurations on both OSX and Windows.

The intensity, and other BMD cards, may show up in the preference option as one driver install will generally add support for all of their cards in any application (Resolve, FCP, Premiere etc). This does not however mean that the card has been fully tested and qualified to work with the software.

More cards may be qualified in the future, but it is more likely to be hardware such as the Decklink 4K and Multibridge that give the inputs and outputs required by professional colourists.
