SLO-OO-OOW Save times
I’m experiencing incredibly long save times in the latest version of AE CC.
Ram preview speed is fine. It’s just when I hit “save” I have to wait, literally, five minutes.
And sometimes longer (seems to get stuck at 61%) I am using multiple clips in the comp that are quicktime/DNxHD codec. I would think if that was the problem, it would also be slow on RAM preview.I’m on a macBookPro Retina with and internal SSD, 16gb RAM. The footage I’m using is on an external RAID 1 using USB 3.0. I’ve never had this issue before.
This is making my work come to a standstill.
One note that might be helpful: The problem temporarily fixes itself when I restart my computer, then slowly gets worse and worse.
Any ideas?

Not sure. How do I know if I’m doing that?
One thing I am doing is using Stereo Mixer (to pan center) for all the clips.
And there are quite a few of them.
Could that be the culprit? -
How large is you project file?
Where are you saving the project? To your SSD?
