Slip & Slide without the annoying “4 up” view?
I’m trying to fix a Premiere Pro conform disaster in Resolve 12, and am a bit disappointed to find that I still haven’t been able to figure out how I can use the Slip/Slide keyboard shortcuts in the Edit Page to nudge an edit frame by frame, *without* the super annoying 4-up view always popping up.
I’m using the Difference Mode trick to align an offline reference Quicktime with the imported XML, and just want to be able to slip/slide a clip with the keyboard until it’s perfectly aligned with the Diff-mode offline reference, located in the track directly above it. But the damn 4-up view makes it impossible to do that, because I can’t see the the composited Difference mode while I’m nudging the clip back and forth.
Is there a trick to getting this to work in Resolve?
