Slightly OT: Update confusion
I just recently did a clean install of Sierra on my Mac Pro followed by installing Final Cut, Motion and Compressor. I went to check for an update by not supplemental content was found or other other updates. I assume this is now included when installing those three apps unless there as an unknown issue I am not aware of. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

If you mean FCPX and latest I believe there are no updates.
