Slight Strobe with DJI Phantom 3 Pro Footage to DNxHD 145?
I transcode the 29.97 1080x1920p Phantom 3 Pro mpeg4 AVC codec to DNxHD 145p. Every few frames stutter or look strobed. It’s not completely smooth.
I thought it was because I was editing on a high end laptop. It’s not.
I just built a new system…X99 motherboard, 6850K CPU, 32GB ram, Geforce GTX 1080, Samsung 950 m.2 SSD & (2) 3TB sata drives in raid 0. It still has a slight strobe or stutter every few frames.
Has anyone else has experienced this?

Have you tried another application to transcode to compare?
