Wondering if anyone can help me. I recorded a voice over for a training video in a room which had wooden floors and brick walls. when i listen to it back it sounds like i recorded in a big empty ware house! has a very slight echo. is there any filters in FCP 5 to give the voice a bit of a warmern studio feel? cheers.

I know you don’t want to hear this, but your best bet would be to rerecord the VO. A seasoned pro using Protools could probably make it better if absolutely necessary, such as if your narrator had died, but there are no magic bullets to turn poorly recorded audio into good audio. No matter what filters you apply, when played back on a good system the audio will always sound unnatural.

A big closet full of clothes with a rug or blanket on the floor works good.
