sla grass —- ??? — and illustrator problem —
Anyone know how to make volumetric grass as a shader?
And one other thing that i know i’m doing wrong, when i bring in illustrator files i wind up using booles on letters like e, o , p, you know letters with holes in them. how can you import the paths so the extrude tool recognizes the inside is negative space?

There’s a plugin called Storm Tracer that does volumetric grass (placard based).
Regarding the splines, you should connect them before you extrude (Function>Connect (I think)).
