Sketch look on Video
I’m trying to create an outline sketch look applied to video with something like find edges/toonIt/cartoon and I need to not have line jitter from frame to frame. Does anybody know a technique to get smooth outline motion?

I remember there being a thread on here relativly recently about this and somebody posted a link to a plug-in. The plug-in’s example footage had no wiggle on the lines at all.
However, I’m having pretty good success with Effect>Stylize>Cartoon in AE. In order to smooth motion, perhaps you could use Time>Echo. Set the starting intensity to .5 and the Echo Operator to Composite in Front or Composite in Back. This should add a bit of smooth blurriness to the motion that may help smooth out your line jiggle.
