Sketch Effect
Motion has a sketch effect and i was wondering if there is a way to recreate that effect in AE

The animated strokes can be created using masks and the Stroke effect (EFFECT > RENDER > STROKE). Try playing around with the Start and End parameters. You can roughen up the lines using Roughen Edges (EFFECT > STYLIZE > ROUGHEN EDGES). Try Block Dissolve (EFFECT > TRANSITION > BLOCK DISSOLVE) to reveal the images. You can grade the footage using something like CC Toner (EFFECT > IMAGE CONTROL > CC TONER).
