I think I’d go to Adobe Exchange:

    https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm#loc=en_us&view=sn100&viewName=Adobe%20Exchange&avm=1

then over to Photoshop Exchange, the put on “Most Downloaded”, there are many Sketch Actions at the top of the list, download those, then in Photoshop look to see what the Actions are made up of (in the Actions Palette, twirl down and they show you every step the action goes through). AE has most of the PS Effects, but not all. If there is an effect that is only found in Photoshop you can output the layer from AE to be Sketch-ified as an .flm file(filmstrip, it one long filmstrip, just run the Action on it) or an image sequence (but you need to batch process sequences) and run the Action then back into AE to finish up.

I would opt for the batch sequence, handling filmstrips can get pretty heavy (or maybe its because my pc is horrible)
