Sketch and Toon Simple Question
I’m going through the tuts for sketch and toon, and I seem to be missing something simple. I have a simple cube, and want to render the lines, but not the object. When I go into shading in the effects tab, and turn object off, it still renders my cube. Am I doing something wrong?

Turning off shading just returns shading to the regular Cinema engine. So, just give your object a 100% transparent material all other channels turned off. That’ll give you lines only.

second to that, setting the object colour to the background creates an effect only lines are being rendered.
This setting is in the effects settings in the render settings. Set shading to Background
