    I am not sure how to describe this.
    The problem does not exist in the preview in sony vegas pro 8; only in the final rendered video.

    The actual video is fine at its 1080 60i quality but the size of the other things i added to the video like…video fx seem to be constrained to a smaller sized resolution (like a square).
    Here are pictures for you to get a better understanding:
    1)
    the edges of this word that flies in are cut off my the invisible border.

    2)
    same with this scene where i added a shaded border; the shading is supposed to be covering the entire scene (except the middle circle) but there is the invisible border once again!

    Your events don’t match your project aspect. Open Pan/Crop on the events in question and right-click the window and select Match Output Aspect. Then they won’t get cut off like that.
