I looking for a site(s), that explaines the fundamentals of video, terms, definitions,…Do you guys know some?

we do, but there is guy named Adam Wilt who has a website with copious information about video.

Check out Lynda.com as well, they have a few video tutorials explaining video fundamentals and terminology.
