Simultaneous HD and SD Monitoring
Hi,
Just wondering how to set up the Kona2 for simultaneous HD and SD monitoring. Is there a way to split the component signal out of the back of the K-Box? One going to an HDTV and one to an SD monitor?

Feed the two signals via SDI and Component. Such as set up an HD Monitor with HD-SDI and an SD Monitor with Component SD. If your monitors only have Component inputs, get an AJA SDI to Component Converter.

Nope, you can only set the Component to feed a single format, either SD or HD. You can’t magically get two different formats out of one Component feed.
