On a way cheaper level, supercircuits and other video security companies sell less expensive gigahertz band wireless video transmitters and receivers.

Are you sure you need to be wireless, or can you plan out a position that allows you to just run some coax with someone there to pull cable for you?

Does the client just want one camera or more. if more then you will need some way of switching between. I would suggest New Tek Tri caster. its reletivly cheap and provids what most people want when provide Imag.

thanks, Is only one camera, I’ve been researching in supercircuits, and they have a transmitter and reciever for a low cost.. The only thing, is not battery operated… Maybe I can adapt the transmitter to be used with batteries… Any suggestion?

Be aware that inexpensive wireless video coming from a camera in motion, surrounded by moving bodies, is likely going to be very “iffy.”

Plan on lots of video noise and lost signal on the screen much of the time.

Strategic positioning of the receiver may help.

Elevated in the room, above people’s heads.

It would take some experimentation.
If you keep the receiver closer to the area that you’ll move through
that can increase the signal it receives,
but that can also lead to some overloads when you are very near,
and drop-outs as you move farther away.

Low-end wireless video is generally unstable and unreliable.

Best solution:
If you want it to WORK… use a cable.
As was suggested, a “cable-puller” assistant can help with this .
I’d try to figure a way to make that happen.
