Simulate YouTube Video Lag Distortion

April 19, 2007 at 4:28 am1) Time dispolacement. use a greyscale map (maybe a pixelated fractal noise image) to displace time.

Another option – have you thought about actually compressing the video with bad settings and then actualy cutting/cross fading from the good version to the compressed version. Might work…
