Simulate a messaging app and use as a FCP X generator?
I wanted to know if anyone had some insight on how to simulate a messaging app. I have no problems creating the animation in Motion. I have purchased messaging plugins fro PixelFilmStudios and XEffects Messages, but I need to know how to create my own for a fictitious platform.
The difficulty is understanding how to create a generator that can animate upward every time a new text message is added; at any point in time of an FCP X storyline.

I created my own version as well: https://motion-master-templates.com/messenger-pack/
What I did to recreate the scroll effect was create an empty scroll text effect animation in Motion and then apply this on top of the other text effects in FCPX.
