I have a PSD with a few layers. I have a film strip layer and a bunch of photos to put in the film strip. I want to rotate the whole thing but when I do, everything rotates around its own axis. If I PreComp it the whole thing gets cliped.

    What am I doing wrong?

Try parenting. Grab the “Parent” pick-whip from one of your sub elements and drag it to the main-element. Now try rotating the main-element.
