Simple question: Matte Key
How do I do the equivalent of an Avid Matte Key in FCP please? I have two layers of VT and a layer of b/w matte… sorry for being thick but I can’t work it out.

place the matte shape below the insert vision but above the BG vision
top layer = inset vision
mid layer = matte shape
bot layer = backgroundselect the insert vision clip and enable ‘composite mode’ to be luminance
