    Hi all,

I’ve been using PS mac for many years but never figured out how to open up PS without it showing my desktop in the background. (Kinda like how it opens up on a PC).

I don’t want to be able to see my desktop in the background. Is this a Photoshop thing or a Mac thing?

    How would I change that?

    Thanks all…

Yes it is a Mac thing. But you can get closer to the PC look of PS by clicking View>Screenmode>Fullscreen with Menu Bar.
