Can someone show me How To:
Open up a clip in the Trimmer from the “Project Media” list WITHOUT LEFT CLICKING AND CLICKING AGAIN – i.e. How do I create a shortcut to open the clip in the trimmer window with the press of a button.
How do I grab the end of a clip on the time line that is on the BOTTOM of another clip and has a dissolve on the end. If I go to the end of the dissolve I can grab one clip to extend or shorten but sometimes I want the other clip underneath and I end up moving the 1st clip out of the way (messing up the timing) and then grab the clip I want. 🙁

Options – Preference – and check the box for “Double Click on media file loads into Trimmer instead of tracks”
Then double-click on them.

You should be able to go to the end of either clip. If there’s really an overlap there, it should all work fine.
