December 15, 2012 at 6:50 pmSlightly different version of Jeremys, double click the waveform on the clip to expand, press P, hold down B to cut and then you can trim the video only

2) Shift “F” to match frame
3) Shift “3” to switch to audio only mode.
4) “D” overwrite clip to timeline.

-detach audio
-cut the portion of the video you want
-disable it pressing V
