There is no camera depth.

Its just letters position change + blurring in + fade in, letter by letter.

You can do that with text animator. Range selector.

I looked at you video again. It seems those letters are 3d. With a little rotation on them.

Look up either 3D text in AE – with text animator.

Or (my guess) C4D, MoText with Plain Effector. In there you have more Depth of Field controls (camera).
