    Hi all,
I have been reading your comments and I realize that Blu-ray and HD-DVD burners are not ready for prime time. I do have a situation that i need remedied.

We have an interactive exhibit that we were going to author on a standard definition DVD. The DVD is simple, 3 segments, each about 3 minutes long. We drop them into different titles so that our engineers can interact with the DVd player.

Well, now they are asking for a blu-ray or HD-DVD disc. We do have an HD-DVD player and a Blu-ray player, but nobody has ever actually made a disc. I think we even have a Blu-ray burner. I know that we have done tests on the HD-DVD player with a regular DVD.

What I am wondering is if we can burn a regular DVD wiht something like DVD Studio Pro, in HD. I realize that there is not any interactivity, but can we still drop them into diffrent titles? The engineers could then interact with the DVD through the standard DVD player like they always have.

    thanks
