    Hi

When I export an ALE from Pomfort Silverstack I always get the response: BIN_IMPORT_NO_MATCH
When I export an ALE from Resolve, it works perfectly!

Does anyone have experience with the ALE’s from Silverstack? I’ve contacted their customer support and I’m awaiting a reply. Not sure Ill get one though?!

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

What columns are present in the ALE? Have you opened it up in a text editor? If it’s missing tape or filename, and start and end timecode, I believe the ALE merge will fail.

Without seeing the ALE, it’s hard to tell, but I would start by ensuring the header has the proper frame rate as the project and that all the START and END timecode are an exact match. Then it will either be TAPE and SOURCE FILE that it will match on with Start and End.
