I have about 10,000 clips and want to delete all audio. Is there a way to do this automatically? I do not want to re-export everything. Is there a script? Where? Thanks!

FCP, Motion and STP are all basically non-destructive workflows so you will need to try something else.

The place I would try is QT Pro and Automator. I know you can open up a file in QT Pro and delete the audio tracks. So the question would be can you record steps in Automator to open each file, delete the audio and save the file. Don’t know the answer but that is what I would try if I were you.
