Sierra for FCP7?
With some minor glitches, I am running FCP7 on a mid-2014 MBP with OSX Yosemite.
Apple keeps nagging me to update to Sierra.
Has anyone had success running FCP7 on Sierra?

You can test it, and safely too.
Step 1: Buy Carbon Copy Cloner and clone your working OS to a backup drive.
Step 2: update your OS to Sierra
Step 3: Test FCP 7
Step 4A: If it works, YAAAAY! continue on. But keep that clone just in case something doesn’t work…
Step 4B: If it doesn’t work, clone your old OS back to your drive.Shane
