shrinking an inserted jpg
This is driving me crazy!
I’m inserting a graphic which is only 150×29 px. I can’t for the life of me shrink it enough for my liking. I’m go to event crop/pan, shrink the graphic by dragging out the corner of the “F” frame. it shrinks but the frame prevents me to keep shrinking. It stops. My graphic is not as small as I’d like it to be. I want it smaller than it’s allowing me to.
What am I doing incorrectly???

Gilles, the only way to do this is to create a new transparent image in something like Photoshop at your project resolution.
Copy and paste this image onto the transparent background and save it in PNG format.
Bring that into Vegas and all you’ll see is your 150 X 29 image at the proper size.
If that’s too much work, use Track Motion as it will shrink the image that small. -

Workspace zoom is your friend, at least I think that’s the name in track motion and pan and zoom, I’m rendering a project and dare not open another instance:)
Just because you can doesn’t mean you should.
