hey guys, i am a somewhat light user these days creating BD HD files (family movies really) for use on an ageing popcorn hour player, in the main. My source files are mostly a few different sony HD camcorders and nikon D7000 camera for HD.
I just got an “upgrade to vegas for $149” invitation. Sounds like a good deal. The thing is I am using relatively old cameras and I am wondering if i should bother or hold back until one of my camera dies and I splurge and get a 4k camera? I do very little in the way of effects or anything sophisticated.
Thoughts?
Also does Vegas 14 still have all those complex rendering templates which (to this day) I never figured out how to use properly and render my movies in the best way possible….
