I know that YouTube recently added 60 framed per second as an option for everybody. In the past, I had always converted my footage to 30 FPS, back when that was the highest YouTube accepted. However, my camera films AVCHD (.MTS) video in 59.94 FPS. For YouTube, to make my video in 60FPS, should I render my final video inn 59.94 FPS or in 60 FPS? If both will work, what are the advantages of each, given that the source footage was shot in 59.94 FPS?

I export in 59.94 FPS even when I record in 60 FPS. If you camera only does 59, then you shouldn’t try to export it in 60. Try to export in the same settings you recorded in.
