should I recapture?
Hi,
I’m working a documentary in Premiere CS3. The material was shot with JVC HD and I’ve started to capture in native mpeg,but since I had big problems with it, now I have to move to another machine with a Matrox axio. I have more material to capture which will be captured using the matrox HD codec, so my question is should I recapture the other material or they can both work ok. -

I haven’t tried it with JVC cameras, but you should be alright. You may lose some multi-track realtime capability, and you may even have to render single tracks(I doubt it), but at least it should play.
